DWS Studio provides Kids Memory Game: Sea World (the “App”) as a free, ad-supported game designed for children and families. This policy explains what information may be processed when the App is used.
The App does not require an account, registration, name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone access, or camera access. DWS Studio does not directly collect personal information through the App.
Game progress and settings are processed locally on the device and are not sent to DWS Studio.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. All ad requests are marked as child-directed and as relating to users under the age of consent. Ads are restricted to Google’s “G” content rating and are requested as non-personalized, contextual ads.
The App does not request or use the Android Advertising ID. We do not enable interest-based advertising, behavioral advertising, remarketing, or user profiling.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and measure contextual ads, such as the device’s IP address, general device information, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. The App is directed to children, including children under 13. It is configured to comply with applicable child-privacy requirements, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and with Google Play Families requirements.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children should not send personal information by email. A parent or legal guardian who contacts us for support may provide an email address and other information voluntarily. We use that information only to answer the request and delete it when it is no longer needed for support or legal purposes.
The App uses Google Play services and Google AdMob solely for application operation and contextual advertising. It does not use Google Analytics or any separate analytics service.
DWS Studio does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Limited technical data may be processed by Google as described above to provide contextual ads, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law.
DWS Studio does not maintain a database of App users or their game activity. Support communications from a parent or guardian are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and meet legal obligations. Third-party processing and retention are governed by Google’s policies.
We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
The App does not intentionally provide children with unrestricted links to external websites. Links in this privacy policy lead to third-party resources governed by their respective privacy policies.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or third-party services. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
A parent or legal guardian may ask a privacy question or request deletion of information submitted in a support message by contacting support@dws.ba.
